WebDesk: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan on Friday reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to peace with neighboring countries while warning that any threats to the nation would be met decisively.
In a message shared on X (Twitter), Khan prayed for Pakistan’s safety and stated that “every enemy will meet their end,” emphasizing that provocations from Afghanistan would not go unanswered.
The statement comes as Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq continues along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. According to military sources, Pakistan’s counter-attacks have killed 133 Afghan operatives and injured over 200.
The armed forces claim to have destroyed 27 posts, captured 7 Afghan positions, and neutralized more than 50 tanks, artillery guns, and armored personnel carriers (APCs) during the retaliatory operations.
The military emphasized that Pakistan remains vigilant and prepared to protect its sovereignty while pursuing peace wherever possible.
